A Short Delay

Wednesday, October 28, 2009

I know that some of you were waiting for me to post pictures of the first home tonight, but we had to reschedule the tree for next Tuesday. It will even be a more fun post as I am going to do a second "teenager tree" in pink and black on a white tree. That will be a FIRST.
I have to make a quick trip to market in Dallas to pick up a few ornaments for a new tree plus I am hoping to make a Saturday Canton stop. I have worked on tree stuff all day, everyday for several weeks and a Canton Day will be a fun break.
My friends think that I am the PRICELINE QUEEN and often call me to make their reservations...I may have gotten my best deal yet tonight. I have gotten a lot of good deals in past years, but I just SCORED. For $45.00 a night, I got The Westin at the Gallaria! That's a DEAL!

Be sure and stop by my main blog and enter the giveaway from Lisa Leonard. Her work is wonderful and I am honored to be able to give away some of it. The contest will go through Friday night....just leave a comment.
Thought I would give you a look at my shop during this time of the year. It is NOT a pretty site.....and though it does not look like it, it IS organized.

This is the PINK RIBBON for the TREE....STAY TUNED!!

Girl, I am so jealous of all of your stuff!! Ok, so jealousy is not allowed in Christians but I sure am LOVING all your goodies. You will make some customers VERY happy this season with all that beautiful stuff. Can't wait to see more of your creations.

It's like being allowed in to see Santa's workshop with all these pretty things! Every time I read one of your posts it makes me want to decorate that much more for Christmas. I will try not to hurry the months along, though! : )

Looking at your "conglomeration" of Xmas stuff (isn't that a great word) makes me so excited! There's a 2nd hand shop here that does a downstairs Xmas room at this time of year -- you can find new, used and vintage; and the lady there loves me because I "appreciate vintage Xmas decorations". So, she'll even go in the back room to bring out things that aren't tagged yet. See, it pays to be nice, right!

Looking forward to all your trees.

To a crafty person that doesn't look messy, it looks dreamy lol

It looks like fun to be with you as you buy decorations and do all those theme trees. Can you stop by my house and do a few for me?!

Girl, you've really got your Christmas on! I LOVE the snowman and all the ornaments and ribbons. I finally got to go to Hobby Lobby (It's a 50 mile drive from my house) and thought about you as I wandered up and down the aisles. I kept saying, "What would Teresa buy?" Of course, when I got to the checkout counter two hours later I was saying, "How would Teresa pay for all this?" Ha! It's going to be such a great Christmas!
