SHE HAS GREAT STUFF

Monday, September 27, 2010

I introduced you to my blog friend that I got to meet in real life a few weeks ago….Kristen…She is beautiful and she is  so talented…
Her blog is full of GREAT IDEAS and her ETSY SHOP is the best.  I have purchased gifts and things for myself.  It’s like treating myself to something that I do but from someone else.  You would have to be in my business to understand that.  I get so sick of my stuff. I have loved every single thing. Her prices are TOO reasonable and she is much better than me at getting things shipped. So stop by and start your holiday shopping or treat yourself

(Just talked to Kristen and her shop was full last night and empty today.  She will be filling it up in the next few days so just keep checking back…I told you her prices were good.  Make yourself a note to visit her.   100_3663 100_3700
So a few more looks for you….

I love all of the bright greens, and the bright shiny ribbons. Is that a little flashlight behind the present lights? (Sorry, I got tickled when I saw it.)

The shop pictures remind me of the shop my mom had. She is very crafty and I am proud to say I have inherited some of her pieces. I only wish I were as crafty.
I am looking forward to the giveaway.

Hi Teresa, thank you for posting about me! I wish that I had some stuff in my store...lol. I'm telling you, I have tried so hard to get it filled, but had several custom orders and the interior shop really needed me to work. Now I'm taking off to Dallas! I'm going to take some things to make at Sherry's house. Have your items arrived yet? Thanks for the birthday wishes! Kristen

Oh, I just LOVE Christmas SO much! I hope the fact that it is right around the corner will give me something new to think about and something to be excited about!! I LOVE looking at all the Christmas displays....everywhere! I SO wish I were well enough to do our Christmas decorating. I have never been able to do any of our holiday decorating in this house that my amazing hubby built. We moved in right after it was complete, just a few days after Christmas in December 2007. (I became sick during the build in July of 2007.)

I have a friend who decorates all the big fancy hotels in Atlanta and I LOVE looking at her pictures and dreaming about what mine could look like all decked out like that. We have the VERY tall ceilings in our family room and a really pretty staircase. My husband tries to decorate, but it is hard to explain to him what to do. He really does try, and I love him for it, but he gets frustrated.

Anyway, I bet you have a ball all year 'round! What a fun business to be in! I would LOVE to deal with Christmas all year. What an awesome business!

Well, I wanted to say thanks again, my dear, sweet friend, for all the wonderful encouragement you have been sending me EVERY SINGLE day! I would say I can't believe it, but I would be lying. You are just the kind of wonderful, sweet lady who loves the Lord and was blessed with the gift of encouraging others! :0)

I pray HE blesses you and your precious family with more than you know what to do with over this next year!

{{HUGS}}

I love you, my friend!

Hello Teresa,
I have enjoyed visiting your blog and reading several of the posts.
In your holiday decorating work do you use nativity scenes or figurines as part of the decor?
I have a regular blog, a new Christmas blog, and a nativity blog, so am always looking for posts that refer to nativity scenes.
Have a great week,
Carrie @ Oak Rise Cottage

The snowmen in the tall hats are a HOOT! And the whimsical look in the earlier post? LOVE IT! Even more than all the sparkly stuff! I don't know how you manage all this - here we are in your busy season, and you still have time to take pics and write your posts? I wish I had your energy!
